Delivery Time:
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- United States: 7 - 10 business days
- International: 6–9 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping is free worldwide. There are no hidden fees; all prices on the website include taxes.
Order Tracking:
- After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email to monitor your delivery.

Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?
If you’ve canceled your order on-site and want to receive your order, after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email support@veroshirts.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@veroshirts.com (and include your original #GLO order number) and we’ll take a look!
Refund & Return Info
At Vero shirts, we want you to love your new t-shirt. Because we offer both standard designs and custom-printed apparel, please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items.
2. Standard vs. Custom T-Shirts
- Standard T-Shirts: Can be returned within 60 days if they are in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Custom T-Shirts: Because these items are printed specifically for you with your unique design or text, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, the print is defective, or we made an error in the customization.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with any original tags.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt must be provided.
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind/size exchange), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong shirt or if the print is defective, Vero shirts will cover all costs to replace the item or provide a full refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Contact support@Veroshirts.com with your order number. For custom shirts that are damaged, please include a clear photo of the issue.

6. Refunds

- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and applied back to your original payment method.
